We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be enforced:
24 Hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book an appointment with us in the case you cannot make your appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice, you will be charged 1/2 the cost of your appointment. This amount must be paid before you can schedule your next appointment.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accompany clients whose appointment is after yours. Depending how late you arrive, the massage therapist will determine the length that will be shortened. Out of respect for the massage therapist and the client following yours, please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
