We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be enforced:
48 Hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book an appointment with us in the case you cannot make your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment since we will not have enough time to fill the appointment. This amount must be paid before you can schedule your next appointment. We understand that things come up so we encourage you to communicate with us.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accompany clients whose appointment is after yours. Depending how late you arrive, the massage therapist will determine the length that will be shortened. Out of respect for the massage therapist and the client following yours, please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
No Show Appointments
If you do not show up to your appointment you are responsible for the full amount of your appointment. By you not showing up to your appointment we are now out of the income and we cannot fill your spot. You will need to pay your appointment fee before scheduling your next appointment. Please be respectful of our time and give us notice if you cannot make your appointment!
